What food have a protein? What are some food good for building a skinny built body?

well wat are some food that contain protein that i should eat if i want to built up my skinny built body, and any other food would be good too.|||The best high protein foods for building muscle (and not fat) :





Chicken Breast


Lean Steak


Tuna


Cottage Cheese





It also helps to have a 40g protein shake about 1 hour before you work out, and another 40g protein shake immediately after you work out. (Most health food shops sell protein powder - the type of powder you need is 'protein isolate'.)





You can work out no matter what age you are. Most people actually start working out after that age. I started when I was 25 !!





Remember, building muscle isn't just about protein though - you also need good rest, a decent amount of carbs and healthy fats (like omega 3 fish oils).|||soy milk!
