Like what types of drinks or food get rid of water weight in your body.. I know sweating from working out does but what types of foods do that too?|||water weight is healthy, your body needs that water.
eating fiber will help absorb excess water in the feces which in turn will prevent bloating once you excrete it
there is no food/beverage that specifically kicks water out of the body except for maybe alcohol. which i am not recommending.
ways which i do not recommend would be
1. laxatives
2. throwing up
3. avoiding water consumption lol
..but seriously, the above will deal some heavy damage. things NOT to do, ya know?|||water. seriously!
water weight is a result of your body holding on to water because it not getting enough.
try and drink half your body weight in milliletres of water every day.
so weigh yourself, divide that number in half (this number is going to be in ounces) then use an online ounce to milileter converter to see how many milileters you should drink daily.
its typically roughly 3 and a half 500ml bottles.
best of luck losing the water weight!!!!!!!!!!!|||Coffee, tea, dandelion root, but it doesn't remove a lot. strangely, iuf you drink a lot of qater, your body tends to retain less.|||salt or salt water.^-^
