What food should only rarely been eaten?

In other words, what type of food (and please don't just say junk food, say something specific) should be ignored and only eaten very very rarely? Also what food should we try and eat the most we can?|||eat breads, pastas, vegetables, red meats, fish


dont eat krispy kreme, McDonalds, ice cream


i know you said no junk food


but its true


junk food is bad.
