How do you dye your hair with food colouring?

I really want to have the tips of my hair pink, and I heard from alot of people that you can dye your hair with food colouring, but I have no idea what-so-ever how to do it!





So does anyone know how to dye your hair with food colouring, like do I add shampoo (and how much of it) and water to the food colouring aswell and also does my hair have to be wet or dry to put the food colouring in. And also my hair is dark blonde so how long do I leave it in for?
